David BAVEREZ
David Baverez est investisseur.
Après quinze années partagées entre Londres et Boston, il vit à Hong Kong depuis 2012. Durant dix ans (1995-2005), il a travaillé chez Fidelity Investments, avant de créer sa propre société de gestion jusqu’en 2010.
Installé à Hong-Kong, il partage désormais son temps entre le financement de diverses start-ups et la compréhension des disruptions liées à l’émergence de la « Nouvelle Chine ».
Il publie « Bienvenue en économie de guerre ! » (Novice 2024). Il est également l’auteur de « Chine-Europe : le grand tournant » (Le Passeur Editeur, 2021), « Paris-Pékin Express – La Nouvelle Chine racontée au futur Président » (Francois Bourin, 2017), et « Génération tonique – L’Occident est complètement à l’Ouest » (Plon 2015),
Il publie régulièrement ses chroniques dans L’Opinion.
Il est membre du Comité d’Orientation Stratégique du think-tank Asia Centre.
Il est diplômé d’HEC et de l’INSEAD.
